LitigationDeadline publishes reference calculators and educational articles about how courts count time. It is not a law firm, does not review your case, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
The Deadline Calculator and Business Days Calculator apply the eleven U.S. federal holidays and, where relevant, the counting method set out in FRCP Rule 6(a). State and local court rules can differ, and this site does not track every jurisdiction's holiday calendar or local rule. Treat every result as a starting point, then confirm it against the rule that actually governs your filing.
Do not scrape the calculators or articles for republication, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the contact form to send anything other than genuine questions, corrections, or feedback. We reserve the right to block traffic that abuses either tool.
